Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. An item that has been through the wash is considered worn. Items that have been customized in any way may not be returned. We also do not accept returns for Gift Cards.
We accept refunds and exchanges, unless the product has been customized. Customers who are unhappy with customizations can Contact Us and have the issue reviewed by our board. Partial refunds of up to 5-25% can possibly be awarded.
