What is your typical turnaround time?

We offer the fastest turnaround time in the industry; on average, 8 to 15 working days throughout the year. We lead the industry when it comes to shipping speed and custom sock quality.

Do you offer any fundraising ideas?

Fundraising is an excellent way to show team pride and give back to your community. Your representative can recommend you how to run a fundraiser by purchasing our socks, how much to sell them for a return on investment, as well as create a fundraising flyer for you to collect sizes from your organization’s staff and students. We currently offer two options for fundraising: – 1) Buy the socks upfront, or 2) Run a fundraiser campaign, collect sizes, and then place an order with us. We will provide you a custom fundraising flyer to help you keep track of collecting the orders.

Do you charge taxes?

We don’t charge any taxes on our custom product. Exceptions may include residents of Ohio, Georgia and Alabama.

Are there any setup costs involved when placing an order?

There are no set up costs when placing an order.

What is your return and refund policy?
  • Our return policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. An item that has been through the wash is considered worn. Items that have been customized in any way may not be returned. We also do not accept returns for Gift Cards.
  • We accept refunds and exchanges, unless the product has been customized. Customers who are unhappy with customizations can contact us and have the issue reviewed by our board for a possible resolution.
What is your sizing chart?

We offer 5 sizes to choose from: Youth, Small, Medium, Large and X-Large. The men’s and women’s shoe sizing below is a conversion to help you pick the right size:

80% Polypropylene, 12% Nylon, 3% Lycra, and 5% Elastic

Are the socks machine washable?

Our socks are safe to machine wash and tumble dry on low heat.

What are the different lengths of socks you knit?

We custom design socks for every sport and we knit crew socks, knee-high socks, ankle socks, quarter socks, no show socks and stirrups. Our most popular selling items are crew socks followed by knee-high socks. We custom-knit socks for every sport type. What are the different kinds of customization you offer?

The possibilities are limitless. The most common customizations requested from teams are putting the logo on the sides with the mascot colors and lettering down the back.

Is the logo knit on the socks or is it sublimated?

Our logo is custom-knit on the socks by hand or programmed into the machines. We knit the logo by hand or program them into our cutting-edge manufacturing machines, rather then sublimate the designs on the socks like many of our competitors do. This new method of manufacturing ensures your custom socks won’t fade away over time with regular wear or when machine washed.

Do you do anything else outside of socks such as hand or leg sleeves?

Although socks are our most popular product, we do get these kind of requests from time to time. If you are a distributor and would like to register as a re-seller, we can discuss possibilities and design custom samples for you, and this will allow to represent your brand in many ways.

Do you ship outside the USA?

Yes, we ship worldwide at comparatively affordable costs. To get an estimate on shipping outside the USA please contact us to get a shipping quote.

Do you accept purchase orders from vendors?

Yes. We accept purchase orders from all schools and colleges. By registering ourselves as a vendor in your school district, it will be easier for you to place re-orders each season and also ensure you get your socks on time before the games. If you would like to proceed with this, please alert your representative and forward all invoices to your finance department. Our seasoned accounts receivables agents will ensure to follow up with the finance department for registreing as a vendor to collect payments.

All our socks are 100% custom-knit and manufactured in the United States. Our largescale manufacturing facility is in Fort Payne, Alabama.

We are closed on New Years Day, MLK Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
